Our interns have used iNaturalist as a way to engage with our environment and land trust properties. We are able to identify and cross-reference species we find on our trails. iNaturalists users can help each other learn more about nature.
The Land Trust uses iNaturalist to identify plant and animal species that are considered research quality data for scientists working to better understand and protect nature.
You can discover species new to you both near and far and explore species in different states and countries.
